Multicenter Project: Benefits of Clinical Pharmacists in Interprofessional Collaboration for Medication Therapy Safety in University Hospitals

The Foundation Patient & Clinical Pharmacy is funding a multicenter project at German university hospitals to demonstrate the benefits of clinical pharmacy services with high-quality evidence.

​

The project will be conducted in identical form at 3–4 German university hospital pharmacies. Thematically, no restrictions apply. The focus may be on specific patient or drug groups, critical care processes, or the integration of innovative digital technologies.

​

The funding period is up to three years. Eligible applicants are consortia of 3–4 German university hospital pharmacies.
